Who is LIFE?

The Life and Health Insurance Foundation for Education (LIFE) was formed in 1994 by seven life and health insurance groups in the United States in response to the growing need to educate the public about the essential role of life and health insurance within a sound financial plan and the value added by insurance agents and other financial advisors.

How can I purchase LIFE materials?

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we will need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email or over the Internet.
 

How can I use LIFE's materials?

LIFE's materials are to be used for educational purposes only. LIFE is pleased to provide samples of our materials for use as general educational tools.

You may not:
- add to or change these materials in any way, or
- use them in any manner that would imply a relationship with LIFE, or
- create any impression of approval, endorsement, or connection of a particular company, agency, or particular business activities or products to LIFE.

The use of LIFE's materials is to be noncommercial and restricted to furthering the nonprofit purposes of LIFE, and the use of materials in company-specific sales or marketing materials and appeals is prohibited. Agents may use LIFE materials to educate and inform clients and prospects about life and health insurance in general.

In consideration of the use of these materials, those using them thereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold LIFE, its agents, representatives, and affiliates harmless from and against any loss, damage, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs arising out of such use.

Anyone unable or unwilling to agree to the restrictions set forth above must not use the materials and should return them to LIFE.
 

Are LIFE's materials compliance approved?

LIFE reminds its customers that it is their responsibility to ensure that all materials they use comply with applicable rules and policies established by the insurance companies and other financial services entities they represent. LIFE assumes no responsibility for your use of these materials.

While LIFE makes every effort to produce materials that are informative, unbiased and accurate, not all materials will meet the specific requirements of every financial services company. Please have the compliance department of the company(ies) you represent review the materials you have purchased to ensure they meet their specific requirements.
 

When can I expect my order to be delivered?

Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on the geographical destination. All Rush Orders (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) received before 12pm Eastern, will be shipped that same day. Orders received after 12pm Eastern will be shipped the following business day. How secure is my credit card when I order LIFE products?

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy

LIFE guarantees 100% satisfaction. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the materials. Please call 888-543-3777 to ask for a refund. LIFE will not refund shipping charges. As soon as the merchandise is returned, your credit card will be credited or LIFE will issue you a check.
