All Rush Orders (Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd Day) received before 12pm Eastern, will be shipped that same day. Orders received after 12pm Eastern will be shipped the following business day. LIFE guarantees 100% satisfaction. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the materials. Please call 888-543-3777 to ask for a refund. LIFE will not refund shipping charges. As soon as the merchandise is returned, your credit card will be credited or LIFE will issue you a check.
